FUNDRAISER FOR GAZA.
Ingrid has been in touch with Menna in Gaza. She is 19 and lives with her family in a tent. She lost her brother and father. At the moment it is difficult to donate and make sure money gets where it needs to go. Ingrid has been chatting with Menna through video calls and has seen the bizarre reality Menna and her family is experiencing. Winter is coming and people in Gaza need all the help they can get.
This day retreat is a fundraiser for Menna and her family, however, if you are supporting another family or charity in Gaza, please feel free to donate to them instead. Donations that come to us will be transferred to Menna or click here to donate to Menna and her family yourself.

Autumn is the season of transformational energy, introspection, and release. Treat yourself to a day of
nourishing self-care for body, mind, and spirit from the comfort of your home.
This Online Autumn Yoga Day Retreat is held on Saturday the 4th of October on Insight Timer from 10.00 to 14.15 UK Time and is dedicated to honouring autumn's teachings and self-care through yoga and goal setting.
Practising online during autumn allows you to embrace the season’s releasing energy without needing to leave your own cosy space. It is the perfect opportunity to nurture body, mind, and spirit while staying connected to a supportive online community.
With the autumn theme we practise a variety of yoga practices including postures, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga nidra, and mantra to nurture inner peace, increase clarity of mind, release pent up emotion, and restore connection to divine Self. By incorporating a goal-setting session and weaving it into our practise throughout the day, we focus on creating a framework to channel your aspirations, infusing your personal growth journey with direction and purpose.
The day retreat will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, happy to flow with autumn's energy, and prepared for autumn with enthusiasm and a positive and uplifted outlook. It is suitable for adults and for any level of yoga experience as different options for postures will be given. If you are facing any health challenges please contact us before booking to make sure this retreat is suitable for you.
Donations! Please donate to a charity of your choice or support my friend Menna by donating to or by clicking the button below to make your donation. Ingrid will make sure it reaches Menna and her family.

Before joining the retreat make your space cosy. Please have a yoga mat, water, blanket, pillow, scarf or tie, journal/ diary, pencil or pen, and any other props appropriate for you (for example blocks, cushions, scarf/tie, or eye pillow). Think about what you will have during tea break and which nourishing seasonal foods you will have for lunch. Have things ready so you do not have to think about it when it is time for breaks.
The body cools down when holding poses for a longer period of time and during yoga nidra, please make sure to wear enough layers to stay warm and have a blanket closeby. When joining please put your phone on silent or switch it off, check if you need to update your device, and please check your connection.
Yoga is ideally practised on a (fairly) empty stomach, we are encouraging you to eat only a light snack such as fruit or a nutbar in the morning before the retreat. Unless you are an early riser and have had 3 hours to let food settle.
