"I have been attending Ingrid’s yoga classes for a couple of years, both at a weekly class and at her monthly Deep Dive Yin Yoga in Kelty. Some yoga teachers run classes that are really just exercise classes but Ingrid makes sure to include all aspects of yoga so that you can gain a deeper understanding of the true meaning and benefits of yoga. She has a deep knowledge of yoga which she imparts to her students with a light touch and she manages to do this even in the short yoga sessions timetabled by the gym I attend. I was lucky enough to take part in her Autumn day retreat in Kirkcaldy recently which was a fabulous day of yoga, meditation, journalling, mantra and kirtan. I started the day anxious, stressed and tired but after Ingrid’s wonderfully calm and deeply spiritual retreat I felt rested, happy and able to cope with life again.
