Enjoy a tailored and private yoga or coaching session with Ingrid that includes a free consultation beforehand to guarantee a nourishing experience set to your wants and needs. Yoga and coaching is self-care and is fully adjustable. From yoga, choose from postures, breathing methods, relaxation, meditation, bandhas, mantras, philosophy and more. For coaching Ingrid will ask you questions during the free consultation to gain clarity what it is you need and if she is the right person to assist you.

When a yoga teacher or coach is fully focused on you and creates a tailored session based on your wants and needs, you will gain results in a way you enjoy.
