Join Lauren and Ingrid for a heart centered winter immersion into Love, the steady and grounding force that yogic philosophy speaks of. Love that connects, softens, strengthens, and sustains. The Love that lives within us, and beyond us, as part of the greater consciousness that holds all things.
This Winter Warmth day retreat is rooted in the tradition of bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion. Bhakti is a path of heartfelt connection where we turn toward the sacred with love, humility, and devotion. Through movement, breathing, mantra, and meditation we nourish this inner devotion. Not to a deity outside ourselves but to the deepest truth within and to the divine thread that unites us all.
During this soulful day retreat we explore how Love lives and moves through us using intentional practices that open the heart and reconnect us to what truly matters.
We will honour the strength of Love not as something to earn or chase, but as something we already are and as a choice we can return to each and every day.

Lauren is a dedicated full-time yoga teacher with three years of experience, committed to integrating her practice into every aspect of daily life. After completing her initial teacher training in Thailand, she taught at a yoga retreat center in Cambodia before embarking on a transformative six-month journey through India. There, she deepened her sadhana (spiritual practice), studying under renowned teachers, serving in an ashram for two months, completing an additional 300-hour advanced teacher training, and sitting her second 10-day Vipassana meditation course.
It was in India that Lauren discovered a profound connection to the path of bhakti, the yoga of devotion, through puja (ceremony), kirtan (devotional chanting), and mantra. This heart-centered path awakened a deep sense of surrender and reverence that continues to inspire her teaching and personal journey.
