'The Wisdom of' are 3 hour themed in depth spiritual workshops where we dive into topics relating to yoga, nature, witchy energy, and practices that call us to show up for ourselves, for each other, and for the earth.
The themed workshops consist of philosophy and practices such as breathwork (pranayama), meditation, yoga nidra, mantra, bandha, readings, discussion, rituals and more. While every workshop includes a mix of some of these elements, the blend of practices varies monthly offering a unique experience each time.
Postures (asana) might be included, however as there are so many asana classes available, a strong focus will be on practices other than asana unless specifically stated otherwise.
These workshops are for you if you are interested in:
✨ Yoga philosophy and practices (beyond postures)
✨ Spiritual growth
✨ Nature and plants as guides and companions
✨ Ritual and ethical witchcraft
✨ Being part of a loving warrior community that deeply cares about equality, humanity, the planet, living fully, taking actions towards a sacred life AND taking actions for the good of all.
The workshops are suitable for adults and take place at the Garden Studio at Kilgour House in Falkland - Fife - Scotland from 10.00 to 13.00. There are 7 in-person spaces available and herbal teas and fruit are included. For some workshops there is the option to join virtually (marked in the list below) and if you would love to join but don't want to practise postures, that is possible too. The first 2 workshops are try-outs and offered at a discounted rate from £30 instead of £40.

Yoga is ideally practised on a (fairly) empty stomach. Please make sure you left enough time between meals and yoga - ideally 3 hours. A light snack such as a piece of fruit or a nutbar is absolutely fine before practising.
We are looking forward to sharing yoga and magick with you!
