By accessing Petals and Aum services, You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If You do not agree with any of these terms, You are prohibited from using or accessing this site and should leave the website immediately. The materials contained in Petals and Aum are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Petals and Aum has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this website or not. Petals and Aum provides educational and information that are intended to help users of this website succeed. You nevertheless recognize that Your progress will be the result of Your own efforts, commitment, Your particular situation, and other circumstances beyond the control and/ or knowledge of Petals and Aum.

You understand that previous results do not guarantee a similar outcome. 

9. Your responsibilities

You understand that it is Your responsibility to check with a medical professional if You are physically and mentally fit to make use of the services Petals and Aum offers. Participation in yoga includes but is not limited to: Participation in meditation and relaxation techniques, exploring yogic philosophy, yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), mantra, and performing various yoga postures (asana). Yoga postures are designed to exercise every part of the body and mind, stretching and toning the muscles, joints, spine, and entire skeletal system. Yoga also works on the internal organs, glands, and nerves and incorporates sustained stretching to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Yoga is an individual experience and You understand that You will progress at Your own pace. If at any point You feel strain, pain, over-exertion, or fatigue You will respect Your body’s limitations, stop what You are doing and if appropriate inform Petals and Aum or check with a medical professional. You confirm You are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga classes and if appropriate a doctor or health professional has verified Your physical and/ or mental condition for participation. You agree to inform Petals and Aum in advance if You have any medical physical conditions or mental health challenges.

The Client agrees to hold Petals and Aum free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results from adverse situations created as a result of advice given by Petals and Aum.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

All purchases are final and Petals and Aum does not offer any money-back guarantees unless stated differently in separate retreat Terms and Conditions. The purchase of classes, coaching, memberships, courses, consultations, and packages indicates Your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. Petals and Aum aims to coach to Your full potential and part of that is requiring commitment from You that You are fully invested in Your chosen service. It is up to You to decide before purchasing a service if You want to commit to working with Petals and Aum and that Ingrid is the right person to work with for You. When You are enrolled You need to be 100% in, just as Ingrid will be for You.

However, Petals and Aum understands that unexpected exceptional events can happen. In such cases refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Petals and Aum. Please contact Petals and Aum in such circumstance.

In general these guidelines apply: 

• Refunds will not be provided. A Client may cancel a coaching or consultation session with at least 24 hours notice and request another time/ date appropriate. This can only be done once for the purchased session. In regard to yoga classes, the Client can join an online session or a replay will be sent to the Client. If a Client cancels more than once or within 24 hours, the session will be forfeited. To cancel a session and request a new appointment date please contact Petals and Aum through info@petalsandaum.com or contact +44 (0)7561538290.

• Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.

• In regards to retreats please refer to the provided document that explaines specific T&C's in regards for that retreat.

• If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing their scheduled sessions, the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel and the reason for cancellation. If approved by Petals and Aum, the refund will be issued minus transaction fees.

• Within a monthly subscription the Client may cancel a coaching session within 24 hours and request another time and date appropriate. This can only be done once for the monthly subscribed session and the session needs to occur within the month of the subscription. If a Client cancels more than once or is too late rescheduling for that month, the session for that month will be forfeited.

• Subscriptions can be cancelled in the Clients profile. This will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. If there are any issues with this please contact Petals and Aum for assistance.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and Client - Petals and Aum relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client. Petals and Aum will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Petals and Aum a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Petals and Aum website shall be governed by the laws of the Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
