Breathing and Meditation - InsightTimer - Donations appreciated

Are you comfortable at home and do not want to travel to a studio to practise meditation?

Join us on Wednesday mornings at 7.30 UK Time for a 30 minute breathing and meditation practise to start your day with focus, energy, and motivation. These sessions are held through the free app 'Insight Timer'.

While these sessions are freely offered, they do require time and resources to create. If you are able to support our work, donations are deeply appreciated as they truly make a difference in keeping these sessions going.
